Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying candidates for ongoing open positions in Engineering and IT industry
• Positioning Cyient's value proposition to prospective candidates to motivate them to apply for open positions
• Collaborating with hiring managers to present sourced candidates and obtain screening status
• Arranging interviews between shortlisted candidates and technical interviewers
• Negotiating salaries with candidates and finalizing offers
• Tracking offered candidates and ensuring onboarding proceeds as planned

Skills and Qualities:

• Extensive recruiting experience in the Engineering, Digital, and IT industries
