Job summary

Forrest Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a proactive HR & Facilities Manager for a permanent role in Stoke-on-Trent. You will manage HR administration from onboarding to exit interviews, coordinate recruitment and maintain employee records, and also oversee facilities and health & safety.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 or above, with solid knowledge of GDPR, confidentiality and equality/diversity. A driving licence with your own transport is essential, and the salary is £35,000–£40,000 per

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or above and knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment admin and pre-employment checks.
• Strong GDPR, confidentiality and equality/diversity understanding.
• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths; driving licence with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration from onboarding to exit interviews, including contracts, starters and leavers.
• Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees on policies and queries.
• Coordinate recruitment, advertising vacancies, interviews and onboarding.
• Oversee safeguarding, DBS checks, references and right-to-work verification.
• Maintain HR records, training information and reports with GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, room bookings and archiving.
• Support health and safety compliance, risk assessments and training.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR systems, processes and data quality.
