Scrumconnect Consulting is a people-first digital consultancy delivering HR support across the UK and India. The HR Executive will manage onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR systems for an efficient employee lifecycle.

The role involves ensuring compliance with employment legislation, delivering monthly HR KPI reports, and driving engagement initiatives in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Zoho and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct inductions for new joiners and manage onboarding flows.
• Process monthly payroll data and assist payroll team with deadlines.
• Administer UK employee benefits and external provider coordination.
• Produce monthly HR KPI reports and maintain HR documentation.
• Coordinate performance review processes and related communications.
• Manage end-to-end offboarding and exit processes.
• Plan and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Maintain HR data in Zoho People and related HR systems.
• Provide daily HR support and guidance to staff on policies and procedures.
