Job summary

HR Download is seeking an HR Consultant - Employee Relations Partner to lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth, human and commercially focused process. You will advise leaders, manage our service desk, and coordinate tailored HR support across the client population, while identifying opportunities to refine service packages and grow the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for all new clients
• Review client needs, business goals and risk to recommend the right service package
• Deliver service to our clients, ensuring responsive, consistent, high‑quality support
• Maintain clear administration, documentation and commercial tracking
• Guide business leaders and managers with structured, evidence‑based advice
• Lead ER casework confidently, including complex situations — grounding every decision in the data, the legal position, the business impact, and the guidance we should provide
• Build early connections with future clients through daily outreach calls
• Support organisational change with calm, clear thinking
• Use insight and data to demonstrate impact
• Plan and track your time with discipline so clients receive the service they’ve purchased
