PPHE Hotel Group is seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to support the delivery of an exceptional people experience across our London hotel cluster. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will help managers and teams navigate people processes and contribute to engagement, development, wellbeing and performance.

You will assist with onboarding, recruitment in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, and oversee employee lifecycle activities, training programmes and internal communications,

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach and passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the annual People Plan across multiple hotels.
• Advise managers and team members on HR policies and queries.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Deliver company training programmes and learning initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities with Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities.
• Conduct exit interviews and maintain reporting.
• Supporting managers with routine employee relations matters, including absence management and investigations.
• Managing and promoting internal communications across the cluster.
• Helping managers optimise the use of HR systems and learning platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Delivering company training programmes and supporting learning initiatives.
• Supporting recruitment activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinating employee recognition and engagement activities.
• Conducting exit interviews and maintaining accurate reporting.Supporting managers with routine employee relations matters, including absence management and investigations.
• Managing and promoting internal communications across the cluster.
• Helping managers optimise the use of HR systems and learning platforms.

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
• A strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence working with HR systems and technology platforms.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for people.
