PPHE Hotel Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join our Luxury Lifestyle Hotels team. You will lead complex Employee Relations cases, coach managers, drive engagement and wellbeing, and support recruitment and talent development across Holmes Hotel, art’otel Hoxton and art’otel Battersea Power Station.

We’re looking for a proactive, solution-minded professional with a passion for people and building great workplace cultures.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Advisory experience with extensive Employee Relations knowledge.
• A solid understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
• Confidence to coach, challenge and influence managers at all levels.
• Resilience, sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.
• A genuine passion for people and creating great workplace cultures.
• Flexibility to work across Holmes Hotel, art’otel Hoxton and art’otel Battersea Power Station.
