PPHE Hotel Group in London is seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to ensure our HR policies and programmes are delivered consistently while shaping an exceptional employee experience across Holmes Hotel, art’otel Hoxton, and art’otel Battersea Power Station.

You’ll lead complex Employee Relations, coach managers, drive engagement, support recruitment and onboarding, and use people insights to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Advisory experience with extensive Employee Relations knowledge.
• A solid understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
• Confidence to coach, challenge and influence managers at all levels.
• Resilience, sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.
• A genuine passion for people and creating great workplace cultures.
• Flexibility to work across Holmes Hotel, art’otel Hoxton and art’otel Battersea Power Station.

We’re looking for a proactive Human Resources Advisor to ensure our HR policies and programmes are delivered consistently and effectively, while helping shape an exceptional employee experience across every stage of the people journey.

You’ll support three of our most iconic London properties - Holmes Hotel, art’otel Battersea Power Station, and art’otel Hoxton - each offering its own unique culture, creativity, and energy.
