Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Interest in end-to-end HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & HR services
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of projects

Responsibilities

• Support payroll and HR administrative processes with accuracy and compliance
• Assist onboarding and learning pathway design for employee development
• Coordinate learning events, course administration, and vendor coordination
• Act as an operational recruiter across Logistics, Sales and Office roles
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a high-quality recruitment experience
• Coordinate inclusion and culture events across the business
• Administer employee recognition schemes and celebrate achievements
• Contribute to process improvements and service delivery optimisations
