Job summary

First Military Recruitment are seeking an HR Manager on behalf of a client in Reading. The role focuses on leading HR Digital / Workday initiatives to optimise the HR function and drive efficiency across people systems.

You will own the digital roadmap, manage multi-year Workday capability projects, and partner with HR and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements. Hybrid work is available, with up to three days on-site.

Qualifications

• Deep Experience with HR technology platforms and Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the digital transformation of the HR function and set the Future Capability and Digital Roadmap.
• Shape the future of people applications and their role in process, experience and insight efficiency.
• Lead digital strategy development, technology implementation, change management and data analytics.
• Manage vendor relationships, compliance, training and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure alignment of HR operating models, shared services and self-service through technology.
