CCL Global is seeking an experienced HR Digital Roadmap Programme Lead to spearhead a major HR technology transformation in a highly regulated UK organisation. You will own the HR Digital Roadmap, directing Workday Core HCM initiatives and related modules to boost efficiency and user experience.

This senior role requires shaping strategic roadmaps, challenging designs, managing delivery partners and driving business adoption across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Active SC Security Clearance.
• Extensive hands-on Workday HCM Core knowledge.
• Broad knowledge of multiple Workday modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Performance, Learning, Skills, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Help, Reporting).
• Proven experience developing and delivering multi-year Workday or HR technology roadmaps.
• Strong experience in post-implementation Workday optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to independently assess and challenge Workday solution design and delivery proposals.
• Demonstrable programme leadership experience with governance, RAID management, prioritisation and executive reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own, develop and deliver the HR Digital Roadmap, aligning Workday initiatives with organisational objectives and HR priorities.
• Lead a portfolio of Workday optimisation, enhancement and new capability projects.
• Provide functional leadership across Workday Core HCM and associated modules.
• Review and challenge proposed Workday solutions, ensuring appropriate design decisions across the wider HCM landscape.
• Manage programme governance, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, resources and delivery milestones.
• Oversee systems integrators, AMS providers and external technology suppliers.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, senior business leaders and external delivery partners to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, simplification and employee and manager self-service.
• Ensure effective change management, stakeholder engagement and business adoption of new capabilities.
• Monitor programme performance and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive measurable improvements in HR efficiency, data quality, system usability and operational performance.
