Job summary

ComXps is seeking an experienced HR Digital / Workday Programme Lead to own our HR Digital Roadmap and drive a portfolio of Workday optimisation, new capability and broader HR technology initiatives from design through to adoption. This is not a generic PM role; we require deep and broad Workday HCM expertise to shape the roadmap, challenge solution design and suppliers, and deliver successful business outcomes.

The role is inside IR35, based in Reading with up to three days on site.

Qualifications

• Deep Workday HCM experience across core modules and HR functions.
• Ability to challenge solution design and manage suppliers.
• Proven track record delivering HR tech roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Digital Roadmap and lead Workday optimisation programs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and senior stakeholders to deliver business adoption.
• Govern, prioritise, manage risks and report progress to leadership.
