Job summary

weServed offers a two-year Human Resources Business Partner Apprenticeship starting in Plymouth. You will study for CIPD Level 5 while gaining practical HR experience, including data analysis, policy advice, recruitment onboarding, and engagement initiatives.

You will work with HR professionals across the business, contributing to workforce planning, organisational development, and wellbeing activities, while developing professional skills in communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• GCSEs required, including English and Maths.
• 3 A-levels or equivalent.
• BPSS/SC security clearance eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of HR activities including policies, recruitment and onboarding.
• Analyse people data and prepare reports to inform decisions.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and strategic HR projects.
