Job summary

Hayley Group is offering an HR Data & Systems Apprenticeship in Halesowen, West Midlands. You will gain hands‑on experience across HR systems, data processing and payroll activities within a collaborative Group HR team.

This role focuses on system improvements, data reporting and payroll administration, with opportunities to contribute to projects and learn HR analytics and digital transformation. Training will be provided throughout the 18–24 month programme.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade 6 or above.
• A level (or equivalent) in IT/Computer Science (preferable).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience supporting HR systems, data processes and payroll administration across the Group.
• Help ensure systems and data are accurate, efficient and user-friendly.
• Support HR systems workflows, automated reminders and approval processes.
