Job summary

Hayley Group is offering a Business Administration Apprenticeship in Halesowen within the International Logistics team. You will gain hands-on experience with international shipments, customs processes, and cross-functional coordination.

The program includes study during working hours and support from a training provider and manager. Successful completion could lead to progression within Logistics, Customs Compliance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• A genuine interest in business administration, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support international shipments, bookings and customs processes.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues by phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Track deliveries and provide shipment updates.
• Use company systems to process orders and create shipping documents.
• Work with warehouse, logistics and sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
