Job summary

Hayley Group in Halesowen, West Midlands, seeks an enthusiastic HR Data & Systems Apprentice to join the Group HR team. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting HR systems, data processes and payroll activities across the group.

You’ll contribute to system improvements, reporting, onboarding and payroll tasks, with training support over 18–24 months. Apprenticeship salary included, with 23 days leave.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade 6 or above
• A level (or equivalent) in IT/Computer Science (preferable)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office especially Excel
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support HR systems, including Cascade and Hayley Perform, and help improve HR processes.
• Extract, analyse and maintain HR data and assist payroll-related activities.
• Assist with onboarding, including offer letters and new starter documentation, and support UK payroll.
