Job summary

Bentley Motors Limited is offering an Industrial Placement student position at our Crewe campus. You will gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, supporting systems like SuccessFactors, and lead projects that provide real data insights to inform business decisions.

You will engage with multiple stakeholders and develop strong communication and organisation skills while delivering a positive colleague experience.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths at least 7/A or equivalent
• Strong IT literacy and MS Office proficiency
• Strong data and Excel skills with ability to analyse large data sets
• Understanding of AI tools in a business context
• Clear communication skills and problem solving ability
• Team working and time management capabilities
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Demonstrable project management experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Innovative and critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Analyse data about our people to gain insights for strategic decisions
• Audit data to improve data integrity and optimise HR processes
• Coordinate Talent Development programmes and assessments
• Own annual Performance Management process including HR System SuccessFactors
