Job summary

Bentley Motors Limited is offering an Industrial Placement in Crewe within the People & Culture function. You will support the Colleague Experience team, assist with global mobility projects, and contribute to Labour Relations activities while gaining exposure to SAP, SuccessFactors and workforce systems.

The role is based at the Bentley Campus and follows a hybrid work arrangement with a focus on developing HR capabilities, processes, and business partnering within a luxury automotive

Qualifications

On track to achieve a 2:1 in HR or related degrees.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office.
Interest in talent branding or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Senior People Advisors with case management, formal meetings and global mobility projects.
Respond to people queries and support time, attendance and onboarding processes as part of the Colleague Experience Team.
Support Labour Relations with benchmarking, Trade Union and collective bargaining activities.
