Job summary

Bentley Motors invites applications for an Industrial Placement in People Operations based at Crewe, with a hybrid working arrangement. You will gain broad exposure across Colleague Experience, People Operations and Labour Relations, supporting generalist topics, shared services and HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workforce Software and SAP.

A 2:1 degree in HR/Business or related fields is expected. You will benefit from masterclasses, mentorship, and a 35-day holiday entitlement plus a 10%

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2:1 in HR, Business Management or related degree.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to use MS Office and Excel.
• Interest in People Operations and Labour Relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior People Advisors with case management and meetings.
• Support onboarding, time/attendance queries and Colleague Experience processes.
• Assist Labour Relations with benchmarking and collective bargaining activities.
