Job summary

Bentley offers an Industrial Placement position in Crewe for students joining our Early Careers intake. Based at our Dream Factory campus, you will be part of a community of around 93 trainees, gaining hands-on experience across sales performance, operations, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2:1 degree in Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a logical mindset.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Sales Performance and Steering teams with reporting and data analysis, identifying trends and risks for senior stakeholders.
• Owning creation and distribution of regional performance review content and building relationships with colleagues globally.
• Creating visually impactful dashboards to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Leading cross-functional improvement projects to streamline processes and maximise efficiencies.
• Supporting future Bentley product launches through planning and execution of key commercial activities.
