Community Care Cooperative (C3) is seeking an HR Credentialing and Onboarding Specialist to manage the full-cycle pre-employment onboarding and background check processes for new hires. You will ensure compliance, coordinate e-verification, and maintain accurate personnel records while delivering top-tier service to hiring managers and candidates.

You will partner with health centers, support onboarding strategies, and drive process improvements across HR functions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR, healthcare administration, workforce management, or related experience.
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll, preferably ADP.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate full-cycle onboarding for clinical and nonclinical employees.
• Ensure completion of required employment and compliance documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate employee personnel records.
• Verify background check information and e-verification as needed.
• Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers across the company.
• Assist with HR policy updates and HR reports.
