Mind Professionals in Cambridge is seeking a Recruitment Compliance Lead to provide proactive administrative support with a focus on HR onboarding and pre-employment checks for clinical staff registering for locum or permanent work.

You will manage documentation, conduct New Clinician Registration Interviews, and perform identity, right to work, employment history, reference, qualification, and occupational health checks, while maintaining compliant electronic files and supporting ongoing

Formación

• At least two years' administrative experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Organised, able to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic database usage.
• Customer service experience and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding and collating documentation for employment checks.
• Conduct New Clinician Registration Interviews.
• Perform pre-employment checks: identity, right to work, employment history, references, qualifications, occupational health, and DBS if required.
• Maintain compliant electronic files for active candidates and ongoing checks.
• Oversee Sales Support Officer activity and performance.
• Quality check and publish job advertisements.
• Database management of templates and client/candidate files.
