Job summary

University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an HR Administrator to join the generalist HR team, supporting the HR Manager, Practice and Bay PCN. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

You will also assist in staff education and training, provide HR guidance to managers, and liaise with Finance for payroll and external data submissions, while upholding confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, welcoming HR support and act as first point of contact for HR queries.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, leavers and maintain HR records and databases.
• Produce and submit workforce data and reports; liaise with Finance for payroll accuracy.
• Deliver education and training programs; assist in HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle data in line with employment law.
