Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration or HR Advisor with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the HR Administration team.
• Oversee HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage workloads, monitor performance and ensure SLA and payroll deadlines are met.
• Carry out quality checks and identify process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Deputise for the HR Administration Manager when required.
