Job summary

Groupe Legendre in the United Kingdom is seeking an early-career HR Coordinator to support our employees and managers across the UK and Channel Islands. With 1–2 years HR experience, you will learn, take ownership and help deliver a positive, consistent employee experience while supporting the full lifecycle.

You will work with the HR Business Partner and gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting recruitment from vacancy approval through to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, candidate communication and pre-employment checks.
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding and ensuring a great experience for our new starters and departing employees.
• Preparing contracts, letters, amendments and other HR documentation.
• Supporting UK and Channel Islands payroll and benefits administration.
• Managing Right to Work checks and supporting visa and work permit administration.
• Responding to routine HR queries and supporting managers and employees with HR processes and policies.
• Coordinating training and supporting learning and development initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate employee information across our HR systems.
• Supporting performance reviews, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Contributing to HR projects and helping us continuously improve our processes and employee experience.
• Supporting early careers initiatives and campaigns.

This is a fantastic opportunityfor someone with 1–2 years' HR experience who wants to broaden theirknowledge and gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
