Essex Cares Limited is actively seeking an HR Coordinator to join our People Team and support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration. The role involves partnering with managers, employees and candidates to ensure smooth processes that are compliant and customer-focused.
The successful candidate will utilise HRIS/ATS and Microsoft 365 tools, travel to ECL locations as required, and contribute to an engaging employee experience across care services in the region.

To be considered asHR Coordinator, youneed:
Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment, HR or customer-focused role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Proficient in using HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Willingness and ability to travel to ECL locations and recruitment events as required.
