Salary:£29,274 per annum
Location:Basildon with travel across South Essex
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.
Contract:Permanent
Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

Join ECL in an exciting new position within our Inclusive Employment team, supporting individuals with barriers to employment in finding and sustaining work and volunteering outcomes. The Volunteering Coordinator will be instrumental in ECL’s delivery of the Local authorityfunded Supported Employment programme LIVE.
You’ll provide end-to-end support for individuals seeking volunteering, work experience, and/or community outcomes, using a person-centred approach to ensure individuals are matched based on skills and experience. You will be completing community profile assessments, providing support and/or job coaching, and working closely with organisations offering voluntary opportunities.
You’ll use your initiative, outstanding communication skills, and pro‑active problem‑solving ability to create pathways for our customers and ensure customer‑centric outcomes are delivered in line with contractual targets.
