Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is recruiting an HR Consultant on a 3-month contract (Inside IR35) to support volume redundancy programmes. The role requires experience in people change projects and interpreting Employment Law, working with managers to guide consultations.

This hybrid position involves being on site 2-3 days per week and delivering policy-compliant advice, partnering with managers through the redundancy process and ensuring proper procedures are followed.

Our client is currently recruiting for an HR Consultant on a 3 month contract (Inside IR35) with experience of working across volume redundancy programmes. The HR Consultant will have background in people change projects with experience of interpreting Employment Law.

The HR Consultant will work closely with Managers to support and manage volume redundancies, providing advice around process and sitting on consultations.

This is a hybrid role with the need to be on site 2-3 days per week.
