Office Angels is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support an ER and restructuring project on a 3-month contract. This fully remote role involves managing high volumes of ER cases, advising managers, and delivering compliant HR processes during organisational change.

The successful candidate will have strong ER experience, expertise in redundancy consultations, up-to-date employment law knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Immediate start is available.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong Employee Relations background with experience managing complex casework.
• Hands-on redundancy and organisational change experience is essential.
• Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Confident advising and influencing managers at all levels.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience desirable.

Mansioni

• Manage a high volume of Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.
• Support and advise managers through individual and collective redundancy consultations.
• Ensure all employment law requirements and HR processes are followed accurately.
• Draft consultation documentation, letters and outcome communications.
• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
• Support organisational change and restructuring activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and case management documentation.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.
