Office Angels is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support an ER and restructuring project on a 3-month contract. This fully remote role involves managing high volumes of ER cases, advising managers, and delivering compliant HR processes during organisational change.

The successful candidate will have strong ER experience, expertise in redundancy consultations, up-to-date employment law knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong Employee Relations background with experience managing complex casework.
• Hands-on redundancy and organisational change experience is essential.
• Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Confident advising and influencing managers at all levels.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience desirable.

HR Advisor (ER & Restructure Project)

3-Month FTC/Contract | Fully Remote | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations and restructure project experience? We're supporting a business undergoing a period of organisational change and are looking for a confident HR professional to join the team on an initial 3-month project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex ER casework, supporting redundancy consultations, and providing commercially focused HR advice in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Working closely with the HR team and managers across the business, you'll play a key role in delivering a redundancy programme while ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.
• Supporting and advising managers through individual and collective redundancy consultations.
• Ensuring all employment law requirements and HR processes are followed accurately.
