Consult is seeking an experienced Interim Employee Relations and Consultation Specialist to support a major organisational restructure, potentially involving collective consultation. The role is a 3-month FTC, primarily remote with base in Kings Cross and UK travel.

You will own the consultation process, manage timetables, documentation, and legal compliance to deliver the redundancy programme on time. UK employment law knowledge and detailed stakeholder management are essential.

Competenze

• Extensive experience managing redundancy and consultation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and collective consultation requirements.
• Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Own administrative delivery of the restructure with legal compliance.
• Maintain master project timeline and consultation tracker.
• Coordinate consultation meetings and manage schedules.
• Prepare and manage documentation (Section 188, HR1, letters, logs).
• Support redundancy pay calculations and ensure accuracy of figures/dates.
• Monitor progress and flag issues to meet deadlines.
• Work with People Director to ensure smooth process and briefing materials.
