Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is recruiting an HR Consultant on a 3 month contract (Inside IR35). The role involves working across volume redundancy programmes and supporting managers through consultations, with a strong emphasis on Employment Law interpretation.

The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days per week, and focuses on people change projects and ensuring compliant processes during restructures.

Our client is currently recruiting for an HR Consultant on a 3 month contract (Inside IR35) with experience of working across volume redundancy programmes. The HR Consultant will have a background in people change projects with experience of interpreting Employment Law.

The HR Consultant will work closely with Managers to support and manage volume redundancies, providing advice around process and sitting on consultations.

This is a hybrid role with the need to be on site 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Consultant

• Partnering with Managers in implementing a volume redundancy process
• Advising and supporting managers across the redundancy and consultation process
• Interpreting Employment laws and ensuring the correct policies and procedures are being followed
