Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to South African labor laws within Randburg operations. You will develop and monitor HR policies, conduct audits, and advise management on compliance.

The role requires knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, BBBEE, and strong analytical skills. A law or HR degree is preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and a commitment to ethical, compliant workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Law degree or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR compliance, labor law, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor legislation, including BCEA, LRA, EEA, and BBBEE.
• Experience with conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
