Placements24 invites an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Randburg-based team. You will oversee recruitment operations, mentor junior staff, and drive business development across Gauteng region, ensuring high-quality delivery and lasting client relationships.

You will lead a team of consultants, shape sourcing strategies, develop key client partnerships, and expand our portfolio through strategic wins.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Recruitment Consultant with leadership or team management skills.
