Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in salary benchmarking and benefits analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable labour laws and regulations (SA) related to C&B.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
