Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a human resources compliance administrator to join our head office near Lincoln with hybrid and remote working options. The role focuses on ensuring onboarding compliance, maintaining onboarding systems, and managing candidates with a customer-centric approach.

You will liaise with the Recruitment Team and Hiring Manager, request references per regulations, and raise any concerns promptly to the Group HR Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all compliance requirements are carried out and met in line with regulations for onboarding candidates.
• Ensuring that systems are updated and utilised for onboarding and compliance of new candidates.
• Effective candidate management; building relationships and ensuring compliance is met in a timely manner.
• Liaising with the Recruitment Team/Hiring Manager regarding candidate compliance and missing documentation.
• Requesting references in line with regulations and flagging concerns to the Group HR Coordinator promptly.
