Aspire Rec2Rec is seeking an experienced HR & Compliance Manager/Advisor in the UK. The role offers flexible hours with either part-time or full-time options and a salary of £30,000–£40,000 DOE

You will lead HR and compliance across multiple sectors, ensuring policy adherence, record-keeping and advisory support to senior management and staff in a dynamic international recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across HR and/or compliance.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR processes and employee queries.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
