Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Northampton is seeking an HR Compliance & Data Governance Manager to establish and embed our compliance, governance and data integrity framework across UK&I.

You will lead a team of Compliance Specialists, partner across HR, Legal and Risk, and drive audit readiness and data quality.

A hybrid, full-time role with potential to shape how GXO manages people data and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

Experience within HR Operations/People Services in a large or complex organisation.
Proven experience building governance frameworks, controls, and audit/assurance activities.
Knowledge of HR compliance and data governance, including GDPR, Right to Work, DSARs, HR data quality and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

Shape and embed the People Services compliance and governance framework, establishing standards, controls and processes across the employee lifecycle.
Own HR data governance, improving quality, integrity, consistency and transparency of people data across HR systems and reporting.
Lead audit and assurance activity, maintaining audit readiness, monitoring risks and overseeing actions from audits.
Partner with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit and Technology to influence decisions on compliance and data quality.
Lead and develop the team, driving automation, simplification and standardisation.
