We're looking for an HR Compliance Advisor to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with 1-2 days per week in the Rushden office as required
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As an HR Compliance Advisor, you'll support the HR Shared Services team with right to work and immigration activities across Kier, including employment screening such as DBS checks and security clearance. A key aspect of this role is managing Kier's Home Office Licences and Skilled Worker sponsorship procedures, as well as developing and delivering right to work training for recruitment.
