Position: HR Co-ordinator

Location: Head Office, Tamworth

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a rewarding role within the education sector? Monarch Education is proud to partner with a dynamic Multi-Academy Trust based in Tamworth, supporting five fantastic schools. We are seeking a dedicated HR Co-ordinator to join our team and help us deliver excellent HR services across our schools.

About the Role

As our HR Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions across the Trust. Your day-to-day activities will include HR administration, payroll support, managing contract variations, and working with digital HR systems. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, offering flexibility around start and finish times (8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, or 10am – 6pm).

What We’re Looking For
  • Solid experience in HR administration and coordination
  • Confident in using systems and digital tools, particularly Google Workspace
  • Experience within the education or public sector is preferred
  • Experience with iTrent HR system is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of payroll support and contract variations
