Job summary

A multi-billion dollar hedge fund in London is seeking an Associate HRBP to take charge of the corporate functions business line during its geographical expansion. This role offers autonomy, mentorship from senior HR members, and involves managing the employee lifecycle whilst driving change initiatives. Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a HR Advisor, Employee Experience Specialist, or HR Business Partner in financial services.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and scaling environment.
• Experience with project management and strategy shaping.

Responsibilities

• Support COO, CFO, and CRO in aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
• Manage all facets of the employee lifecycle.
• Leverage analytics tools for employee engagement and performance management.
• Work on workforce planning and retention strategies.
