Job summary

Talantir is seeking an HR Business Partner who blends commercial insight with practical delivery in a hands-on, end-to-end role. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape performance, capability and employee experience while owning cases, documentation, coaching, data analysis, and implementation.

You’ll operate across UK and Europe as needed, delivering pragmatic, evidence-based HR solutions, driving workforce planning, and strengthening people practices through action, not delegation.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience, with hands-on partnering.
• Ability to manage ER cases independently and end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and risk.
• Pragmatic, commercially aware approach to people decisions.
• Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Empathy balanced with professional courage in tough situations.
• CIPD Level 5 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Heads of Business Groups and senior managers across the UK and Europe.
• Provide commercially grounded, pragmatic HR advice.
• Contribute to workforce planning and succession discussions.
• Ensure people plans align with business priorities.
• Lead and manage ER cases end-to-end, including investigations.
• Draft clear, defensible documentation and correspondence.
• Coach managers and support performance improvement processes.
• Draft documentation for change processes and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate people data and produce metrics to influence decisions.
