Office Angels is seeking an ambitious HR Business Partner to shape workforce strategy, enhance employee engagement, and partner with senior leaders on talent acquisition and development. You’ll influence workforce planning, succession, and retention while driving a proactive recruitment approach across diverse roles.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and a strong commercial HR mindset. You will operate in a full-time, permanent capacity within our UK teams, delivering strategic HR

Qualifications

• Senior HR professional with HRBP experience and strong stakeholder management.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill, technical or specialist roles.
• Strong recruitment marketing and employer branding capabilities.
• Experience designing succession planning and retention programmes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers and leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle.
• Support organisational change, talent management and workforce planning initiatives.
• Analyse people data and trends to inform business decisions and improve organisational performance.
• Coach and develop managers in people management best practices.
• Lead recruitment activity across roles and build strong talent pipelines.
