The ideal candidate will have significant HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and proficiency with HR systems such as Workday. Fluent English is essential, with CIPD study or qualification desirable.

Qualifications

• Significant HR generalist experience across a broad remit.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and experience managing Employee Relations cases.
• Experience using HR systems (Workday preferred).
• Data-focused mindset with experience creating reports and analysing data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Fluent English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Centralised HR Support: Act as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters across UK sites and provide guidance to line managers.
• People Processes: Drive annual HR processes such as performance management and compensation cycles; oversee Workday tasks for accuracy and compliance.
• Data-Driven HR Services: Develop tools and generate data insights for interventions and decision-making.
• Policy Development & Implementation: Support policy development and ensure consistent HR policy application.
• HR Support: Partner with HR Consultants and Strategic Leads to drive UK-wide initiatives.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and support roll-out of development programs.
• Change Management: Assist with HR initiative implementation and change communication.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.
• Recruitment Support: Be the initial contact for recruitment activities and assist vacancy management.
