Radis Community Care is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support services across South Wales and beyond. This hybrid role involves significant travel and collaboration with management to enhance HR services. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, preferably in the care sector, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
Radis Community Care has an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our services across South Wales, Bristol, Portsmouth, Reading, Devon, and North Somerset.
This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel (approximately 70%) to the supported services, with some home working. You will have access to a desk and office facilities at one of our local services.
The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in collaborating with management and employees to provide comprehensive, value-added HR services.
