The Job

We are looking for a regional HR Business Partner to support our North region, covering Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, and Liverpool. You will partner with the Operations Manager to provide strategic HR support, drive initiatives, and ensure operational excellence through workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Operations Managers, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Lead HR initiatives on retention, engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Visit venues regularly to ensure initiatives are embedded and best practices are followed.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues.
  • Create and review ER guides and training for managers.
  • Assist in talent identification, recruitment, and retention strategies.
  • Facilitate performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment, induction, and management development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Utilize HR metrics for data-driven decision-making and improvements.
  • Manage key HR projects as part of the wider people plan.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven HRBP experience in hospitality or similar industry.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations and collaborating with managers.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Leadership in HR projects and strategic contribution.
  • Knowledge of HR systems like Harri ATS and Fourth Hospitality is desirable.
  • Practical understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Calm, focused, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for venue visits and key meetings.
