The Role

You’ll be a trusted advisor for our people managers - bringing clarity, empathy, and thoughtful support to a wide range of people-related situations. You'll also work closely with the Works Council, ensuring a constructive partnership that supports both employee interests and business goals.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide clear, solution-focused guidance on employee relations matters including policies, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance
  • Advise people managers on recruitment, job evaluation, and inclusive hiring practices
  • Deliver hands-on support across performance, talent, and succession planning processes
  • Manage local compensation and job evaluation activities, collaborating with global teams for alignment
  • Support organizational changes by guiding consultation processes and people-focused transitions
  • Promote compliance and continuous improvement by maintaining HR policies aligned with legal standards and evolving business needs

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
  • In-depth understanding of German labor legislation and its practical application
  • Fluency in German & strong verbal and written English skills
  • Able to build trust and positively influence collaboration across diverse teams
  • Organized and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on key responsibilities
  • Experienced in working within a global matrix structure and applying data to support people-focused actions
