Qualifications

• Extensive generalist HRBP experience applying UK and EU employment law.
• CIPD qualification at level 5 or above and degree-level education.
• Ability to guide complex employee relations across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen to balance risk and people impact.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on employee relations with commercial insight.
• Lead multi-unit employee relations activity balancing risk and fairness.
• Translate UK/EU law, ACAS guidance and CIPD best practice into actions.
• Build confidence in leaders to handle people matters consistently.
• Shape HR programmes across relations, performance, absence and wellbeing.
• Partner on organisation design and change with Centres of Excellence.
• Spot emerging challenges and influence lasting solutions.
• Design simpler HR processes to improve service quality.
