Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a HR Business Partner to shape people strategy across the UK and Europe. You will advise senior leaders, translate employment law into practical actions and drive cross-functional HR programs including employee relations and change management.

Based in Glasgow/Greenock with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 from home), you will influence culture, engagement and leadership capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive generalist HR business partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU employment law.
• CIPD Level 5 or higher, degree-level education.
• Law qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on complex employee relations and commercial risks.
• Translate UK/EU employment law and CIPD guidance into practical actions.
• Build leaders' confidence to handle people matters with fairness.
• Design HR programmes across employee relations, performance, wellbeing and recognition.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence on org design and change initiatives.
• Identify emerging people and culture challenges and influence lasting solutions.
