Michael Page partners with a UK-wide manufacturing organisation to appoint an HR Business Partner on an interim basis (8-9 months) with potential for permanent in future. The role travels UK-wide and offers hybrid working: circa 3 days onsite and 2 days at home, with Birmingham as a base.
Reporting to Head of HR Partnering, you will partner with senior leaders, support workforce planning, and provide data-led insights while collaborating with talent acquisition and driving engagement and change

- Proven background in a Senior HR Advisor/Business Partnering role.
- Experience in multi-site environments.
- Willingness to travel UK-wide.

The role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days onsite and 2 home per week.
The organisation is a UK-wide company, this role will require flexibility to travel business needs dependent.
Reporting to a Head of HR Partnering and working closely alongside HR Centre of Excellence the role of HR Business Partner will provide strategic support to senior management and leadership at multiple sites around the UK.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic support on people matters to support organisational success
- Ensure workforce planning supports long-term growth
- Support decision making with data-lead insights
- Work alongside the talent acquisition team to support with attraction and retention
- Drive initiatives to support employee engagement
- Support the organisation with change management projects
