Michael Page are excited to partner with a leading, successful manufacturing organisation based in North Nottinghamshire to appoint for a HR Advisor to join a busy team. This role offers a hybrid working model of circa 3 days onsite and 2 days at home per week with occasional travel to other sites to meet business needs.

Working within a small HR team, you will report to the Head of HR and provide generalist support across employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, and HR projects.

• Review HR data and trends to support with strategic decision making
